Real Estate Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

·      Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound leads for real estate projects.

·      Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to clients effectively.

·      Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule site visits for the sales team.

·      Maintain client databases and update CRM with daily call logs and follow-ups.

·      Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely client follow-up and closure.

·      Achieve daily and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.

·      Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and lead quality to management.

Required Skills & Competencies:

·      Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati (preferred).

·      Strong persuasive ability and confidence while speaking with clients.

·      Basic knowledge of real estate projects, locations, and market terminology.

·      Computer literacy – MS Excel, CRM tools, and WhatsApp communication.

·      Result-oriented approach with the ability to work under targets.

Qualifications:

·      Prior experience in the real estate sector preferred but not mandatory.

·      Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

·      Must know Gujarati Language
