Job Description
Job Title: Front Desk / Reception Supervisor – Hospital
Location: BKC
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Shift: Rotational day shift 8 hrs
Weekly Off: Rotational week off
Job Responsibilities:
•Supervise and manage the front desk and reception team.
•Ensure smooth patient registration and check-in process.
•Handle patient queries and maintain high customer service standards.
•Coordinate with hospital departments for patient support.
•Manage staff scheduling and monitor receptionist performance.
•Ensure proper documentation and front desk operations.
Requirements:
•Previous supervisor experience in the hospital or healthcare industry.
•Experience managing reception or front desk staff.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts And night shifts
Basic computer knowledge and hospital front office systems preferred.
