We're Hiring!! HR Recruiter - Vendor Management Team
Company - Teleperformance
Location - Malad, Mumbai
Shift - Day Shift
Working Days - Monday to Saturday
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
(Graduate Freshers with recruitment understanding can also apply)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate with external vendors for hiring needs.
- Drive Bulk hiring and ensure timely closures.
- Source, Screen and shortlist candidates as per requirements.
- Track hiring metrics and ensure process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Interest or exposure in recruitment and vendor management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target driven environment
