About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Manager who will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations along with leading and supervising the internal team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to build a positive and productive work culture.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage complete recruitment cycle (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)

• Handle employee documentation and maintain HR records
• 
  
• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance
• 
  
• Oversee PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation
• 
  
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• 
  
• Handle employee engagement and grievance management
• 
  
• Monitor employee performance and support appraisal processes
• 
  
• Lead and manage the HR and operations support team
• 
  
• Coordinate with accounts, operations, and management for smooth functioning
• 
  
• Ensure discipline and maintain a positive work environment
• 
  
• Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 
  
• Minimum 1–3 years of HR experience
• 
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• 
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation
• 
  
• Knowledge of payroll basics, PF, ESIC, and compliance
• 
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• 
  
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
•
