Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist ( IT/NON IT)

Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Post job openings on job portals and social media.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial HR interviews.
• Sourcing expert,
• Must have industry knowledge

2. Employee Onboarding

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees.
• Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
• Conduct orientation and introduction sessions.
• Track employee performance reviews.

• Required QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR experience
• Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR practices.
• Basic understanding of labor laws.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with HRMS systems.
• Experience in employee engagement programs.
