Job Description
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (calling, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee attendance and leave records
Prepare joining and exit formalities
Maintain employee files and HR documentation
Coordinate payroll data with accounts department
Handle PF and ESIC registration, documentation, and employee support
Knowledge of UAN, PF withdrawal, ESIC card/process, challan, and compliance
Maintain HR policies and employee database
Handle office administration and daily coordination work
Support employees regarding salary, attendance, PF, and ESIC queries
Prepare HR reports in Excel
