Job Title: HR Recruiter
📍 Location: Govandi
💰 Salary: 18,000 - 20,000
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Recruiter to handle hiring for Preschool Teachers and other academic roles.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for preschool teaching roles
- Conduct telephonic interviews and schedule further interview rounds
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, Job Hai, etc.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Handle follow-ups for interviews, documentation, and joining formalities
- Ensure timely closure of open positions
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior recruitment experience preferred
- Knowledge of job portals and hiring processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
