 **Job Summary:**

Motilal Housing Finance is hiring an experienced and result-oriente Relationship Manger* to drive business growth in the affordable housing segment. The candidate must have strong team handling experience and a stable career background in the NBFC sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Drive home loan and LAP business through open market sourcing and DSA channels

* Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and connectors

* Ensure portfolio quality and compliance with company policies

* Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance

* Achieve branch sales targets and ensure business growth

 **Eligibility Criteria:**

* Minimum **1 years of total experience** in Home Loan / LAP

**

* Candidate must be currently working in the present company for **at least 2 years (stability required)**

* Age limit: **Up to 35years**

* **NBFC background is mandatory**

* Strong leadership and market sourcing experience

**Preferred Skills:**

* Strong local market knowledge

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
