Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and strong personality for the role of Head Relationship Manager who will supervise and coordinate all Area Managers and ensure smooth execution of services across partner schools. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring daily operations, maintaining strong relationships with school principals and management, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services, and taking regular updates from field managers.

The role is office-based and requires excellent coordination, leadership, reporting, and communication skills.

• Responsibilities:Monitor and supervise all Area Managers and their daily field activities.
• Take daily updates, EOD (End of Day) reports, and monthly reports from managers.
• Plan, track, and maintain managers’ daily visit schedules.
• Coordinate regularly with school principals and management regarding services and operations.
• Ensure smooth functioning of all company services in schools including Computer Labs, Coding & Robotics, AV Rooms, E-Libraries, Language Labs, etc.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper availability of materials, equipment, and resources in schools.
• Resolve operational issues by coordinating between schools, managers, teachers, engineers, and Head Office.
• Maintain proper records, reports, and communication regarding all schools and ongoing projects.
• Monitor service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
• Guide, support, and motivate Area Managers to improve performance and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to ensure responsibilities are completed on time.
• Escalate major operational concerns to senior management whenever required.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients and represent the company in a confident and professional manner.
