What You’ll Do
Lead your section with confidence and accountability
Deliver warm, polished, personalized guest experiences
Guide servers and runners during service
Handle guest feedback and difficult situations gracefully
Maintain strong menu, food, and beverage knowledge
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar during busy services
Ensure cleanliness, timing, communication, and attention to detail
Help create an energetic, team-first culture on the floor
