Job Description
We are hiring Restaurant Captains, Senior Captains, and Stewards to manage and support daily restaurant operations. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality, customer service, and maintaining high service standards.
- Senior Captain: Leads shifts and supervises captains & service staff
- Restaurant Captain: Handles floor operations and manages service teams
- Steward: Supports service delivery and ensures smooth guest experience
Key Responsibilities
Senior Captain
- Oversee overall floor operations during shifts
- Supervise captains, stewards, and service staff
- Ensure high-quality guest service and satisfaction
- Handle escalated guest complaints professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and management for smooth operations
- Monitor service standards, hygiene, and efficiency
- Train and mentor team members
Restaurant Captain
- Supervise and manage waiters and stewards
- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely order service
- Manage table setup, service flow, and cleanliness
- Monitor billing accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Train and guide junior staff
Stewards
- Assist in serving food and beverages to guests
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Support captains in smooth service operations
- Maintain proper table setup and presentation standards
- Respond promptly to guest requests
- Follow hygiene and safety guidelines
Candidate Requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience:
- Steward: 0–1 year
- Captain: 1+ year
- Senior Captain: 2+ years
- Language: Basic English communication
Preferred Criteria
- Age: 18 – 35 years
- Gender Preference: Male
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills (for Captain & Senior Captain)
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with attention to detail
