2. Job PurposeTo plan and carry out restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, with a strong focus on sales upgradation by maintaining high operational standards in line with agreed business plans.

3. Job DimensionsNumber of Staff Supervised:

  • Total: 30 Team Members + Shift Managers

Financial Data:

  • Operating Budget / Revenues: As per assigned targets
  • 4. Key AccountabilitiesProduction Planning & WarehousingOversee procurement activities to improve operational efficiency, quality standards, and cost savings
  • Manage restaurant operations with optimum inventory levels without affecting production and distribution
  • Ensure zero stock-out situations

  • Supply Chain ManagementMaintain and manage supply chain networks to ensure timely distribution of materials
