2. Job PurposeTo plan and carry out restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant, with a strong focus on sales upgradation by maintaining high operational standards in line with agreed business plans.
3. Job DimensionsNumber of Staff Supervised:
- Total: 30 Team Members + Shift Managers
Financial Data:
- Operating Budget / Revenues: As per assigned targets
- 4. Key AccountabilitiesProduction Planning & WarehousingOversee procurement activities to improve operational efficiency, quality standards, and cost savings
- Manage restaurant operations with optimum inventory levels without affecting production and distribution
- Ensure zero stock-out situations

- Zero stock-out situations
- Feedback from operations team
- Yield reports
- Internal & external audits
- Commissary scorecard
- Inventory holding levels
- Supply Chain ManagementMaintain and manage supply chain networks to ensure timely distribution of materials
- Monitor stock availability and arrange on-time deliveries
- Coordinate logistics operations with internal teams and external agencies for cost-effective transportation
