We have started our first outlet in Mumbai with a long-term vision to build Bhaap Re Bhaap into a recognised national and global healthy food brand over the next few years.

We are now looking for an experienced, smart, energetic, and customer-focused Female Store Manager who can become one of the key pillars of our growing brand.

Role Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for managing the complete day-to-day operations of the outlet while ensuring customers receive an exceptional and memorable experience every single day.

This is not just a back-office management role. We are specifically looking for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, managing teams, solving problems quickly, and maintaining high operational standards on the floor.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle complete day-to-day outlet operations

✅ Ensure smooth running and maintenance of the store

✅ Supervise staff and coordinate daily activities

✅ Continuously interact with customers on the floor

✅ Help customers with orders and recommendations

✅ Resolve customer complaints and feedback professionally

✅ Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards

✅ Monitor customer experience and improve service quality

✅ Coordinate inventory and operational requirements

✅ Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures

✅ Help build a positive, energetic, and customer-friendly culture inside the outlet

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years experience in restaurant, café, QSR, hospitality, or retail store management

✔ Excellent English communication skills (Hindi required; additional languages are a plus)

✔ Strong customer service and people-handling skills

✔ Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently

✔ Strong leadership and team management capability

✔ Professional, presentable, and energetic personality

✔ Passion for hospitality, healthy food brands, and customer experience
