About the Role

We are hiring two experienced Restaurant Managers— for Chembur to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on experience in managing restaurant teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

Handle team conflicts and maintain a positive work environment

Streamline daily operations for efficiency and quality service

Manage hiring and onboarding of staff at assigned levels

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards

Oversee inventory management and stock control

Handle financial aspects, including coordination with bookkeeping

Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts

Required Skills

Strong leadership and team management abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally

Experience working with financials/bookkeeping

Capability to work effectively under pressure

Previous hiring and onboarding experience

Front-of-house experience (preferred)

Innovative mindset with ability to present ideas to management

Candidate Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th Pass

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant management

Language: Basic English required

Industry: Hotels & Restaurants

Preferred Criteria

Age: 18 – 35 years
