Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations smoothly
  • Ensure high standards of guest service & customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and train staff (captains, stewards, kitchen team)
  • Handle inventory, stock control & vendor coordination
  • Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
  • Achieve sales targets & control costs
  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and payroll coordination
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs
  • Maintain outlet cleanliness and ambiance
