Restaurant Manager

About the Role

We are hiring two experienced Restaurant Managers—one for Chembur and one for Vasai—to oversee daily operations and ensure an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with hands-on experience in managing restaurant teams and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Handle team conflicts and maintain a positive work environment
• Streamline daily operations for efficiency and quality service
• Manage hiring and onboarding of staff at assigned levels
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service standards
• Oversee inventory management and stock control
• Handle financial aspects, including coordination with bookkeeping
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts

Required Skills

• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts calmly and professionally
• Experience working with financials/bookkeeping
• Capability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous hiring and onboarding experience
• Front-of-house experience (preferred)
• Innovative mindset with ability to present ideas to management

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in hospitality/restaurant management
• Language: Basic English required
• Industry: Hotels & Restaurants

• Age: 18 – 35 years
• Gender Preference: Male
