Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Supervise site operations - managers/supervisors across assigned areas.
- Develop regional strategies, budgets, and manpower planning.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., service delivery, attendance, costs) and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client standards at all sites.
Team and Vendor Management:
- Recruit, train, and coach area teams;
- handle escalations and performance reviews.
- Coordinate vendors, supplies, and cross-site resources.
- Resolve regional issues like manpower shortages or client complaints.
Reporting and Optimization:
- Analyze performance data and report to senior leadership.
- Optimize processes for cost savings and efficiency (e.g., standardize HK SOPs).
