Job Description
Terms of Reference (TOR) – Key Responsibilities
· Follow daily opening/closing checklist and shift controls.
· Ensure all transactions are billed through authorized POS; no off-system sales.
· Perform transparent weighing on digital scale in front of customer; no misrepresentation.
· Maintain hygiene (gloves, clean counter, safe handling) and weekly deep-clean support.
· Sampling only from live trays; control portioning; prevent waste/shrinkage.
· Handle customer queries, basic complaints and escalate as per returns/complaints process.
· Protect stock and prevent shrinkage; immediately report damage/spoilage/spill.
· Support authorized marketing shoots at kiosk while maintaining hygiene and operations.
