We are hiring Relationship Managers to acquire new Current and Savings Account customers through field sales and open market sourcing. The role involves customer acquisition, relationship management, account activation, and cross-selling of banking products.

Key Responsibilities✅ Acquire new Current & Savings Account (CASA) customers through field sales and market visits.

✅ Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

✅ Ensure smooth customer onboarding and KYC compliance.

✅ Drive account activation and maintain customer engagement.

✅ Cross-sell banking products such as Trade, FX, CMS, Insurance, and Digital Banking solutions.

✅ Build strong relationships with business owners, SMEs, and retail customers.

✅ Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in CASA Sales, Current Account Acquisition, or Banking Sales.

✔ Experience in sourcing customers from open market/business locations.

✔ Good understanding of banking products and local market.

✔ Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

✔ Must be comfortable with field sales activities.
