Job Description
Dough Preparation: Measuring flour and water to knead dough (Atta) to the required consistency.
Cooking: Preparing rotis, fulkas, parathas, or naans on a tawa or in a tandoor.
Machine Operation: (If applicable) Operating automatic or semi-automatic roti-making machines.
Quality Control: Ensuring rotis are soft, evenly cooked, and served fresh.
Hygiene: Maintaining a clean workstation and following food safety guidelines.
