Job Description

Paid Ads & Lead Generation

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance Lead Generation campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

• Build and manage full-funnel campaign architectures using Meta Business Suite to reduce CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximize conversions.

• Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and other automation platforms to enhance ad copy, targeting strategies, and overall productivity.


### Content & Social Media Strategy


• Develop and manage a strategic Social Media Calendar to ensure consistent brand presence and audience engagement.

• Conceptualize creative content themes and design visually appealing marketing creatives using Canva.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and engagement strategies to drive brand growth.


### Website & SEO Management


• Manage and maintain the company website through WordPress CMS, including landing page development, plugin management, and performance optimization.

• Implement and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy covering both On-Page optimization (technical SEO, metadata, content structure) and Off-Page SEO (backlinks, authority building).

• Ensure the website is optimized for lead generation, user experience, and conversion performance
