Job Description

We are a Stainless Steel Pipes & Fittings manufacturing company looking for a Commercial Executive to handle quotations, client coordination, and basic accounts entries.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send quotations to clients
  • Regular follow-up with clients for order conversion
  • Handle sales & purchase entries in Tally
  • Coordinate with clients for orders, dispatch & payments
  • Maintain proper records of quotations, orders & outstanding payments


Required Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of Tally (Sales/Purchase)
  • Good command over MS Excel (basic formulas)
  • Strong communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Ability to handle client follow-ups confidently
  • Organized and detail-oriented


Preferred:

  • Experience in steel / industrial / B2B products
  • Prior role in sales coordination or commercial role
