Job Title: Sales Manager – Business & Tech Division

• What You’ll Do: Receive and address all customer inquiries via email, phone, and digital platforms.
• Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Purchase Orders (PO) in coordination with internal teams.
• Follow up with clients for quotation feedback, order confirmations, and payment collections.
• Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and monitor sales activities regularly.
• Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and support strategic sales growth.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and virtual discussions to enhance customer engagement.
• Represent Volsonic at industry events, trade shows, or virtual activations, as needed.

• Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in sales coordination, client communication, or inside sales preferred.
