Job Title: Sales Manager – Business & Tech Division
Location: Bandra West, Mumbai 400050

- What You’ll Do: Receive and address all customer inquiries via email, phone, and digital platforms.
- Prepare and share quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and Purchase Orders (PO) in coordination with internal teams.
- Follow up with clients for quotation feedback, order confirmations, and payment collections.
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch.
- Maintain CRM records, track leads, and monitor sales activities regularly.
- Assist in market research to identify new opportunities and support strategic sales growth.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and virtual discussions to enhance customer engagement.
- Represent Volsonic at industry events, trade shows, or virtual activations, as needed.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Basic understanding of business concepts, sales processes, and digital tools (preferred).

- Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales coordination, client communication, or inside sales preferred.
