Sales Coordinator

Job Title: Sales Coordinator (Female Candidate Only)

Location: Marol, Nr. Marol-Naka Metro Station, Mumbai 59.

Working Days: Mon–Sat (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Experience: 0-1 Years

Salary: 18k - 25k

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive details from the Salesperson post-meeting

2. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and commercial documents

3. Follow up for PO or order confirmation

4. Clarify basic pricing and delivery terms (within guidelines)

5. Update quotation and order tracking sheets

6. Once PO is received, coordinate internally for order processing

7. Send order confirmation to client with delivery schedule

8. Coordinate with production, QC, and dispatch for execution

9. Share dispatch details with client: LR, E-way bill, tax invoice

10. Follow up for payments if due

11. Handle client queries or complaints and escalate if needed

12. Record feedback after delivery and update reports

Key Skills Required:

1. Strong follow-up ability (via phone, email, WhatsApp)

2. Good communication – polite yet firm

3. Basic Excel / Google Sheets handling

4. Understand B2B order flow, documents, and client expectations

5. Calm and structured under pressure

Tools You'll Use:

1. Google Sheets (Order Tracker, Follow-up Logs, Sales Status)

2. WhatsApp Business (if used internally with rules)

3. Email for formal documentation and coordination

4. Tally / ERP interface (view-only or basic entry level)

5. Sales Software

Eligibility Criteria:

1. At least 1 year experience in B2B client coordination, order processing roles

2. Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and email etiquette

3. Experience in chemicals, pharma packaging, or plastic containers is a strong plus

4. Prior experience in sales coordination, admin, or backend sales support preferred
