Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
  • Develop sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and team productivity.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Sales Team Leader is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and sales management skills.
