Sales Coordinator

Job Profile:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The role involves assisting in proposal preparation, customer engagement, and facilitating collaboration between sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Present and pitch company services to prospective clients.

·        Prepare commercial proposals and assist in documentation.

·        Coordinate over calls between the marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of services.

·        Provide customer support services and resolve client queries efficiently through calls & emails.

·        Sending periodic MIS to clients.

·        Maintain sales records and prepare periodic reports for management review.

·        Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and follow-up activities.

·        Assist the billing team as and when required 

Requirements:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

·        Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

·        Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

·        Knowledge of CRM tools will be an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

·        Good understanding of sales and marketing principles.

·        Problem-solving attitude with high attention to detail.

·        Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
