Job Descrip on – Sales Execu ve Department : Wheels , Roof Top Solar ,- NAPS Company Overview : ( Template a ached) Role Objec ve The Sales Execu ve – Trainee will support customer acquisi on and business growth for NBFC/BFSI products such as loans, credit solu ons, or financial services. Key Responsibili es Sales & Customer Acquisi on  Promote NBFC/BFSI products  Generate leads through calling, field visits, referrals, or digital channels  Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documenta on requirements  Support conversion of leads into customers Customer Interac on & Support  Build and maintain strong customer rela onships  Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for closures  Ensure a posi ve customer onboarding experience Documenta on & Process Support  Assist with collec on and verifica on of customer documents  Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements  Update sales data, CRM systems, and daily ac vity trackers Learning & Development (Trainee Role)  Learn NBFC/BFSI products, sales techniques, and compliance basics  Par cipate in structured sales training and mentoring programs  Gradually handle sales targets under supervision Educa on Graduate in Any Discipline (Commerce, Business, Finance preferred Compensa on & Benefits  S pend amount ;  Structured training and mentoring support  Career growth opportuni es into Sales Officer / Rela onship Manager roles  Inclusive workplace policies and equal opportunity employment
