Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience and knowledge

About the Role

DBGTECH Solutions is looking for a smart, confident, and technically sound Sales Manager to handle sales for home automation products and solutions. The candidate should preferably have a technical or engineering background and must be able to understand, explain, and sell smart home products to customers, architects, interior designers, builders, and dealers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell home automation products and solutions including smart switches, smart locks, sensors, curtains, lighting automation, security products, and complete smart home systems.
• Handle customer inquiries, understand requirements, and suggest suitable solutions.
• Meet clients, architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners to generate business.
• Prepare quotations, follow up with leads, and close sales.
• Coordinate with the technical and installation team for smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with existing and new clients.
• Visit project sites whenever required for client meetings, demonstrations, or requirement understanding.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily sales activity to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical or engineering background preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in home automation, electrical, electronics, lighting, AV, security systems, or related industries.
• Good understanding of technology and ability to explain products clearly to customers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident personality with a professional approach.
• Ability to handle clients independently.
• Basic knowledge of quotations, follow-ups, and sales closing.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and target-oriented.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in home automation, smart home products, electrical systems, lighting, CCTV, networking, AV, or similar industries.
• Comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
• Should be willing to learn new smart home technologies and products.
• Good command over English, Hindi, and basic local communication.

Salary & Benefits

Salary will be between ₹30,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on the candidate’s experience, technical knowledge, and sales capability.
