Sales Executive

​Job Overview:

​We are looking for a result-driven and dynamic Sales & Business Development professional with experience in the Stainless Steel and Industrial Components sector. 

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and expanding our market presence in local and international markets (especially B2B segments like Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Heavy Engineering).

​Key Responsibilities:

​Lead Generation & Sales Growth:

 Identify and develop new business opportunities, targeting OEMs, contractors, and industrial buyers for Stainless Steel flanges, fittings, and components.

​Client Relationship Management: 

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

​B2B & Industrial Sales:

 Handle end-to-end sales cycles, including cold calling, technical presentations, negotiation, and closing deals.

​Market Intelligence:

 Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and raw material price fluctuations (SS 304, 316, Duplex, etc.) to optimize sales strategies.

​Coordination: 

Work closely with the production and quality teams to ensure client specifications (like Mill Test Certificates, NDT reports, and international standards) are accurately met before delivery.

​Reporting: 

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and target achievements.

​Requirements & Qualifications:

​Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven sales experience specifically in Stainless Steel, Industrial Forgings, Flanges, Fittings, or the Steel Trading industry.
