Job Description
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai (Mahalaxmi and Kandivali)
Industry: Automotive (Passenger Vehicles)
Experience: 1–5 years in any Car, two wheeler, Auto finance
We are looking for Sales Executive to join our car dealership. The role involves assisting customers through the vehicle buying process, understanding their needs, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable car models
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and finance options
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and CRM systems
- Convert inquiries into sales and meet monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments for deal closure
- Working Conditions6 days working (weekends mandatory)
- Rotational weekly off
- Showroom-based role with field follow-ups when required
- Career GrowthOpportunity to grow into Senior Sales Executive / Team Leader / Sales Manager roles based on performance
