Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.

· Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals.

· Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales successfully.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Coordinate with internal teams such as Purchase, Logistics, and Customer Support to ensure timely order execution.

· Follow up on quotations, enquiries, and pending orders.

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Required Skills

· Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.

· Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

· Familiarity with CRM/ERP software is an added advantage.
