Job Title: Field Sales Officer – Business Loans (DSA) | FTcash

  • Drive business loan sales through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels, open market sourcing, and referrals.
  • Build, manage, and expand a strong DSA network to generate consistent high-quality leads.
  • Understand customer requirements, coordinate documentation, and ensure quick loan processing and disbursement.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with company policies.
