Job Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers.

Explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits to customers.

Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various sources.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for vehicle financing and documentation.

Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Handle customer queries and provide excellent after-sales support.

Stay updated on new vehicle models, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good negotiation and sales-closing abilities.

Customer-focused approach.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).

Ability to work under sales targets.

Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualification:

12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).

Experience:

experienced candidates can apply.

Automobile sales experience is preferred.

Preferred:

Knowledge of the automobile industry.

Valid driving license (preferred for test drive coordination)
