Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through cold calling, building relationships with clients, and closing sales to help us achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Calling potential leads
- Lead generation
- Appointment confirmation
- Customer engagement
- Sharing customer feedback
- Managing the sales process
- Task prioritization
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Ideal Candidate Preference6 months to 2+ years of experience in sales is preferred
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales can also apply
- Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Must have a two-wheeler (added advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments
- Resilience and motivation to handle rejections while staying positive
- Capability to improvise sales pitches based on customer interactions
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
