Required Sales Officer For Consumer Durable Loans

Job Location: Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Thane

Product: Consumer Durable Loans

Key Responsibilities:

1. Represent HDB Finance at Retail stores & source new customers for Consumer Durable Loans

2. Achieve monthly targets for logins, disbursements, and cross sell.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff to generate consistent business.

4. Educate customers about product features, loan eligibility, documentation and repayment terms.

5. Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance norms, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Skills & Competencies:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic knowledge of financial products and lending process

3. Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

4. Target-oriented with ability to work under pressure

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred

2. 0–3 years of experience in sales (Freshers may also be considered)

Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹19,100 gross + incentives, PF, and additional benefits.
