LabEasy® India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Support Executive (SSE) to handle company-provided leads, customer follow-ups, appointment booking, and CRM updates.
Job Responsibilities
- Call company-provided leads and explain LabEasy® services.
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Follow up with patients and B2B inquiries for bookings.
- Assist customers with test details, pricing, home sample collection, report timeline, and payment queries.
- Coordinate with the operations and phlebotomy team for smooth appointment handling.
- Update call remarks, lead status, follow-ups, and appointment details in CRM.
- Submit daily updates to the management.
