🚀 Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, meetings, and site visits.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable property investment opportunities.
- Generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive successful closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and brokers.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Prior sales experience in Real Estate, BFSI, Insurance, FMCG, Telecom, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and passionate about sales.
- Confident personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
