Senior Account Executive

Purpose: To oversee and manage all financial and accounting operations of the company, including budgeting, cash flow, audits, compliance, financial reporting, banking, and strategic analysis. This role ensures the financial health of the organization and supports decision-making for sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management & Reporting

• Accounts Receivable and Payable Oversight

• Cash Flow Planning & Banking Operations

• Budgeting & Forecasting

• Statutory Compliance & Audit Coordination

• Team Supervision and Coordination Major Tasks & Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.

• Maintain daily cash flow statements and monitor fund requirements for smooth operations.

• Manage all banking operations including loan facilities, working capital, interest payments, and banking documentation.

• Create, manage, and monitor budgets in alignment with the company’s business goals.

• Review and ensure timely collection of receivables and processing of vendor payments.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax.

• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for annual audits and ensure proper documentation.

• Conduct variance analysis, provide financial insights, and assist in cost control initiatives.

• Approve and update monthly pricing lists and support in pricing strategies for profitability.

• Collaborate with purchase, sales, and operations for alignment of financial goals.

• Supervise and guide the accounts team including executives handling payables and receivables.

Occasional Duties

• Assist in preparing financial presentations for banks, investors, and stakeholders.

• Participate in ERP/accounting system improvements and automation initiatives.

• Handle special assignments related to financial restructuring or expansion planning.

Education Level Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. CA Inter/MBA preferred. Work Experience 5 years Described Work Experience 5+ years of experience in financial management and accounting roles.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles

• Strong understanding of cash flow management, banking oversight, and financial planning.

• Proficient in Tally/ERP software, Excel, and MIS reporting.

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other Indian statutory requirements.

• Leadership and team coordination skills.
