Job Description
- Accountant (Tally Prime & End-to-End Backend) – Job Description (10 Points)Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime, including Purchase, Sales, Receipt, Payment, Contra, and Journal vouchers.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, inventory records, and perform monthly bank reconciliations (BRS).
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, and ITC reconciliation Roc nd DPT.
- Process TDS deductions, prepare TDS workings, reconcile ledgers, and support timely statutory filings.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and Accounts Payable (Creditors), including reconciliations and outstanding follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
- Verify Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), invoices, and maintain proper accounting documentation.
- Support payroll accounting, expense booking, fixed asset accounting, depreciation, and month-end/year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and Chartered Accountants by providing required schedules and compliance documents.
- Ensure timely completion of all accounting activities with high accuracy while maintaining statutory compliance and supporting management in financial decision-making.
