Senior Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain complete accounting records and day-to-day financial transactions

• Handle accounts payable and receivable

• Maintain proper file management and documentation of invoices, vouchers, bills, and company records

• Monitor inventory entries, stock counting, inward and outward stock details

• Maintain cash flow records, expense tracking, and fund movement details

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports

• Coordinate with CA, auditors, vendors, and management team

• Manage GST-related documentation and support compliance processes

• Handle bank reconciliations and payment follow-ups

• Ensure proper operational and financial data management in ERP/software systems

• Maintain discipline, accuracy, and confidentiality in financial records

• Support management with business operational reports and analysis

Requirements:

• Minimum 4–8 years of accounting experience

• Experience in beauty, cosmetic, FMCG, or retail industry preferred

• Strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, ERP systems, GST, and accounting practices

• Good organizational and communication skills, file management, reports details , credit note , debit note , eway bills .

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently

• Strong understanding of inventory and operational accounting complete accounting department
