Job Title: Agency Manager – Life Insurance (Agency Channel)
Location: Multiple Locations (Pan India)
Industry: Life Insurance
Experience: 1–5 Years (Sales / Insurance / BFSI Preferred)
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Job Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop insurance advisors.
- Build and manage a high-performing agency team.
- Drive business through the advisor network.
- Coach, train, and motivate advisors to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure regular field activity and client meetings.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality business.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI, Ph
arma, Telecom, FMCG, or Direct Sales preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
