About UsAsian Network Foundation (ANF) is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to improving public health and supporting underserved communities through health camps, awareness programs, cancer support, education, preventive healthcare, and community outreach.

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Video Editor & Content Creator who can transform real stories into compelling videos that educate, inspire, and increase public engagement, volunteers, donors.

• What You'll DoEdit engaging YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn content.
• Cover NGO events, health camps, awareness sessions, CSR activities, and community outreach programs across Mumbai.
• Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, or smartphones.
• Create professional subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and animations.
• Design eye-catching YouTube thumbnails and social media creatives.
• Organize footage and maintain an efficient content library.
• Stay updated with social media trends and create high-retention videos.
• Skills RequiredAdobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
• Adobe After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator (Preferred)
• DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
• Strong storytelling and editing skills
• Excellent understanding of YouTube and Instagram algorithms
• Experience creating viral short-form content

Round 2: Practical Video Editing Test (2–3 hours)

Round 3: Technical & Creative Interview

Round 4: Final HR Discussion

Practical Editing TestShortlisted candidates will be provided with raw footage from an actual ANF health camp and asked to create:

1. A 45–60 second Instagram Reel with captions and music.
2. A 4–6 minute YouTube video with storytelling, B-roll, graphics, and clean audio.
3. A YouTube thumbnail.

Candidates will be evaluated on:
