🧾 Role OverviewNavnit Motors is looking for experienced Service Advisors to manage customer service operations for luxury automotive brands like BMW and Jaguar Land Rover.
The role involves acting as a bridge between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth service experience, accurate diagnosis, and timely delivery.
- 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers and understand vehicle issues clearly
- Prepare job cards and explain service requirements
- Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair
- Provide cost estimates and get customer approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles as per commitment
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) standards
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Promote value-added services / upselling
- Maintain proper documentation and service records
- 👨🔧 Candidate RequirementsQualification: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical / Automobile)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Service Advisor
- Preferably from:
- BMW / JLR / Mercedes / Audi / premium dealerships
- Strong understanding of:
- Automotive systems
- Service processes
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Stable career history (no frequent job changes)
- Fixed Salary: ₹25K – ₹45K PM
