Job Description
- Prepare Bar chart & Site execution Plan (Manpower, Material & work flow Planning)
- Raise the material & manpower requirement for project execution to project engineer
- Follow up with HO/Supplier for timely material availability of sites.
- Ensure that all materials used and work performed are in accordance with the specifications & quality standards of Zindus.
- Daily timely work allocation to the supervisor & LC.
- Communicate & update daily work completion report to PE/Director
- Keep Project Execution File & all project related documents updated daily
- Client communication/ weekly client meeting on project Execution
- Timely resolution/ escalation of complaints
- Ensure 100% adherence to safety measures & practices of Zindus Infra
- Take timely measurement on the completion of stage, prepare RA, Final Invoice & make Payment Follow-up
- Take project completion letter & Completion from client,
- Take feedback & testimonials (VDO/Letter)
- Take references
