Job Responsibilities

Technical Work

• Preparation of AutoCAD drawings & drafting

• Quantity estimation & BOQ preparation

• Preparation & formatting of technical reports

• Area calculations & measurement sheets

• Site data collection & documentation

• Site photographs management & report compilation

• Assistance in structural audit documentation

• Preparation of tender documents & quotations

• PDF merging, printing & technical documentation

Site & Coordination Work

• Site visits for measurements & observations

• Coordination with clients, contractors & consultants

• Follow-up for drawings, reports & approvals

• Maintaining project records & documentation

• Assisting in redevelopment & PMC-related activities

• Maintaining Google Drive / project folders properly

Office & Administrative Support

• Drafting professional emails & letters

• Invoice & quotation formatting

• Vendor & client follow-ups

• Meeting scheduling & coordination

• Excel data entry & MIS support

Required Skills

✅ AutoCAD Knowledge Mandatory

✅ Basic Excel & MS Office Knowledge

✅ Good Communication Skills

✅ Basic understanding of Civil Engineering Drawings

✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks

✅ Sincere & disciplined working attitude

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of Structural Audit

• BOQ & Estimation Exposure

• Knowledge of RCC drawings

• Site supervision experience

• Knowledge of redevelopment projects

• Basic understanding of IS Codes

• Photoshop / PDF editing knowledge
