Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Monitor site progress, quality of work, and timelines
- Ensure proper material handling and usage on site
- Conduct regular site inspections and report updates to the design team
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Maintain site documentation and basic measurements
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Architecture
- 0-2 years of site supervision experience (interiors preferred)
- Strong understanding of drawings and execution details
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and teams on site
- Basic knowledge of materials and finishes
- Good communication and reporting skills
