Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Packing Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sorting and packing orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that our products are ready for dispatch. This role requires basic English proficiency for order sorting and the ability to use a simple app for packing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort orders by name and other specified criteria using basic English skills.

Pack products into the correct bags or packaging materials, ensuring accuracy and care.

Utilize a simple app to track and manage packing processes, ensuring all orders are packed according to company standards.

Maintain a clean and organized packing area.

Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet packing deadlines.

Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

Basic proficiency in English for sorting and understanding order details.

Ability to use a smartphone or tablet to operate a simple packing app.

Attention to detail and accuracy in packing orders.

Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle products of various sizes and weights.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided.

• मूल अंग्रेज़ी कौशल का उपयोग करके नाम और अन्य निर्दिष्ट मापदंडों के अनुसार ऑर्डरों को सॉर्ट करें।
• उत्पादों को सही बैग या पैकेजिंग सामग्रियों में पैक करें, सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि सटीकता और ध्यान से काम किया जाए।
• पैकिंग प्रक्रियाओं को ट्रैक और प्रबंधित करने के लिए एक सरल ऐप का उपयोग करें, सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि सभी ऑर्डर कंपनी के मानकों के अनुसार पैक किए जाएं।
• एक साफ और व्यवस्थित पैकिंग क्षेत्र बनाए रखें।
• सभी सुरक्षा दिशानिर्देशों और प्रक्रियाओं का पालन करें।
• पैकिंग अंतिम मुद्दों या असंगतियों को तत्काल पर्याप्तता सुपरवाइजर को रिपोर्ट करें।

आवश्यकताएँ:

• ऑर्डर सॉर्टिंग और ऑर्डर विवरणों को समझने के लिए मूल अंग्रेज़ी कौशलता।
• एक स्मार्टफोन या टैबलेट का उपयोग करने की क्षमता एक सरल पैकिंग ऐपरेशन के लिए।
• ऑर्डर्स को पैक करने में संवेदनशीलता और सटीकता।
• अच्छी आयोजनात्मक क्षमताएँ और दबाव के तहत कुशलता से काम करने की क्षमता।
• विभिन्न आकारों और वजनों के उत्पादों को संभालने की शारीरिक क्षमता।
• एक सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण और मजबूत काम की ईमानदारी।
• पूर्व अनुभव की कोई जरुरत नहीं है; प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जाएगा।

काम का समय:

इस पद के लिए 6 दिनों के काम की आवश्यकता है। [ 7 AM - 3 PM or 12:00 Noon to 8:00 PM ]
