Job Description

Timings

  • Monday: Weekly Off
  • Tuesday: 1PM to 12 midnight (2 hours of overtime payment)
  • Wednesday – Sunday: 3PM to 12 midnight


Key Responsibilities

  • Increasing overall sales
  • Customer feedback ratings
  • Applying offers correctly as instructed by franchise owners
  • Collecting customer billing details: name and mobile
  • Billing and item preparation as per guidelines of Havmor (joint responsibility with Store Staff)
  • Ensuring delivery items are packed and delivered on-time (self or managed)
  • Stock-keeping, including water, consumables, etc. on daily basis
  • Sales reporting
  • Responsible for Store Staff activities on his / her weekly off days
