Store Supervisor

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations in a medicine distribution firm. The candidate will ensure proper storage, handling, dispatch, and stock management of pharmaceutical products while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day store and warehouse activities.

Monitor receipt, storage, and dispatch of medicines and healthcare products.

Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices are followed for pharmaceutical inventory.

Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for smooth operations.

Ensure proper handling of temperature-sensitive and expiry-controlled medicines.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Supervise store staff, assign duties, and monitor performance.

Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical storage regulations and SOPs.

Handle damaged, expired, or returned stock as per company procedures.

Support timely order processing and dispatch to clients/distributors.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred. Experience in warehouse/store operations, preferably in pharmaceutical or medicine distribution industry.

Knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.

Understanding of pharmaceutical storage standards and inventory practices.

Good communication and team management skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, inventory software, email).
