#Job Title:- Mechanical Supervisor.

# Job Summery:-

The Mechanical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing mechanical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.

They supervise technicians and contractors, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, maintain equipment reliability, and ensurecompliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

#Job Responsibilities:-

• Manage and mentor mechanics, assign daily tasks, and conduct safety meetings.
• Develop and execute Preventive and Corrective Maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
• Review work orders, maintenance reports, and equipment performance data.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standard, and company policies.

# Required Qualification:-

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Fresher or 1 year of mechanical maintenance or construction experience, including supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, turbines, HVAC systems, rotating equipment, and industrial machinery.
